What we do

We own our businesses outright and run them ourselves rather than advising from the outside. Right now that means web hosting, domains, servers and the software small firms rely on to stay online — but the group isn’t built around one sector. What matters is real customers, honest economics, and work that gets better when someone actually looks after it.

Acquisitions

We’re looking to buy small UK businesses — typically owner-run, with a steady customer base, where the owner is ready to step back. The closest fit is anything with recurring revenue and infrastructure behind it, though we’ll look at more than that. We take on the systems and the support so customers keep the service they signed up for.
